A big round of updates landed in the game. Here is a summary of what changed and why.

Car ladder up to level 40

23 new cars arrived, from level 2 to 40, with fictional names and custom SVG art. Prices were calibrated to the income expected at each level, and there are now hypercars worth chasing as a long-term goal. See them all in the car ladder.

Rebalanced economy

  • Prize by car value and driver skill. More expensive cars and more skilled drivers earn more, instead of the prize depending only on the opponent.
  • Risk-based entry fee. The fee ranges from 25% to 55% of the prize depending on your win chance: risky races are cheap, safe races are expensive.
  • Welcome races. The first 5 races charge no entry fee and have weaker opponents.
  • Separate wear and repair. Car wear and part wear are now different bills, and repair cost has a ceiling proportional to what a win pays.

Editable paid-race limit

To stop energy from becoming endless income, the prize drops after many paid races in 24 hours. The admins can now edit the limit: how many races pay the full prize, where each step starts and how much each step pays.

Part condition on more screens

The part condition bar now shows up in more places: on the tuning screen, the race screen, the home dashboard and market listings. You can repair each part, the car, or everything at once, right from the screen you are on. Read the tuning and wear guide.
