GearHeads Empire has 33 fictional cars, from the entry-level compact to the level 40 hypercar. No brand or model is real: names were created for the game, inspired by the styles everyone knows (JDM, Euro, Muscle, Hyper).
How the ladder works
Each car has a minimum level, a category and a rarity. The higher the car, the bigger the race prize (car value is part of the prize math), but also the bigger the repair bill. That is why the price rises along with the income expected at each level.

Bands and what to expect
Levels 1 to 3: compacts and light sports cars
Cheap front-wheel-drive cars, great for learning and saving. See the best ones in starter cars.
Levels 4 to 10: JDM, Euro and the first Muscle
All-wheel drive and the first V8s show up here, and parts start to make a real difference. This is the band where tuning pays off most.
Levels 11 to 20: elite
Epic cars and the first legendaries, with high prizes and expensive repairs. Keeping parts in shape and choosing the race type well matters a lot.
Levels 22 to 40: hypercars
All legendary. They cost millions but pay in proportion. This is the end of the ladder for anyone chasing the top of the ranking.
Golden tip
Do not skip bands without a cash reserve. An expensive car with no money for entry fees and repairs races less than a simpler, well-kept one. Read how to make money before the next step.
